For more than two decades, Nicholas Paone has served as lead counsel in numerous trials and many appeals.  He has represented businesses and insurers in complex, high exposure, and high-profile cases, providing them with incisive counseling and guidance.  He has achieved positive results in many types of liability and commercial cases entailing a wide variety of areas of law throughout the pre-suit, litigation, trial, arbitration, and mediation stages.  

His practice spans property, business interruption, CGL and excess coverage disputes and litigation, coverage counseling, bad faith claims, insurance fraud investigation and litigation, construction accidents, construction defects, property damage, subrogation, product liability, toxic tort, professional liability of design professionals, insurance agents, claims professionals and investment advisors, directors and officers liability, medical malpractice, civil rights, employment, lender liability, environmental and business tort claims.  As a Partner at Fleischner Potash he focused on insurance coverage matters.   

As a Partner at Fabiani Cohen & Hall, LLC he served as lead counsel for owners, contractors, and their primary and excess insurers in construction site and catastrophic injury and property damage matters.  He is admitted in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, and earned his J.D. from Villanova and his B.A. from Columbia.  He clerked for an appellate court judge in Pennsylvania and served as a judge in regional ABA-sponsored moot court competitions.
